Adoption Application Before you can adopt one of our horses, you must first submit an adoption application. Your application will be reviewed by our board. If we feel you will provide the necessary care for the horse you are interested in, you will receive an approval notification. After you have been approved, you can then schedule a time to come see the horse you are interested in. To begin the adoption process, please fill out the Adoption Application form and email it back to us at COFhorserescue@gmail.com. Please be sure to fill it out completely and read through all of our requirements. If you have questions regarding the application, please contact 561-222-7448.
